MATH GOALS
MAP Fall 2016:
MAP RESULTS
During this MAP Test, my score for Math decreased by 6 points (248). I believe this happened because we just came from Summer vacations and I was focused on UNVA during the Summer. I plan to increase my score by practicing IXL's during the week and to take good notes to know the strategies for solving problems on Math. Therefore, my projection for the next MAP Test is 260 points. Finally, I took 37 minutes to finish the test.
MAP Spring 2017:
During this MAP Test, my score increased by 19 points (267). This has been my highest score in all MAP Tests and I believe that it was because I was focused on Math through all of the Terms. I always did IXL homework and the worksheets. Asides, I did the MAP practices the day before and the exam was during a time were I was more awake. Finally, I took 57 minutes to finish the test, it seems that in Math, time affects how you do in the test.

The Math subject is easy for me, I have never struggled with Math during any school year. Some of the things that I consider easy for Math are equations, factoring, square roots and simplifying. Of course, there are things that I struggle with in Math, like most of Geometry. I plan to improve in Math by always doing my best effort, taking notes and doing all the homework. Finally, I will do daily IXL's during the school year.

MAP Ranges:
My MAP Ranges for Math make me realize that I improved a lot since last year. I improved on each of the sections. I think that this was mostly because I took my time to finish the test and did my best. Asides, I practiced through the whole year with IXLs and took notes all the time. Finally, I am really happy with my final MAP Test result of Math.
